Seamlessly Trying Our Products for the First Time

Our products are designed to fully satisfy you and your pet. If you’re not completely happy, you can return them for a full refund or exchange. Our satisfaction guarantee program ensures your peace of mind.

We will accept claims for the following reasons:

  • Pet refusal to eat our products (dry pet food) –
    kibbles.
  • Visible issues with food or packaging not due to
    incorrect storage after opening.
  • Rare cases of pet owners perceiving harm caused
    by our food.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept claims where:

  • The majority of the food has been consumed.
  • Incorrect food purchased and bag already opened.
  • Expired food.
  • Bag or food damaged post-purchase.
  • Pet’s demise with no remaining use for their food.
  • Evident abuse of the guarantee program by the client.

We want to know about any serious concerns as soon as they arise. Please contact our Customer Careline to inform us immediately.

PRO TIP: Pet owners must bring the food pack back together with the unused portion of food and proof of purchase for the claim.

HOW TO CLAIM

Customer return bag to Pet Shop/Vet Clinic.

Customer needs to provide the following information:

        1. Valid Receipt of Purchase
        2. Original bag with 85% of dry food kibbles
        3. Fill in the Customer Complaint Form 

Claim verification by
the pet shop/vet clinic.
Thorough review of all submitted information and documents.
Note: Incomplete submissions will not qualify for the claim.

Refund will be processed by Pet Shop/Vet Clinic.
