CareSens lancets are sterile, single-use needles designed primarily for use with CareSens lancing devices and compatible with most other common lancing pens.
VETMATE – CareSens Lancet
They always comes with two gauges:
– 30‑gauge (30 G): Ultra-fine with a tri‑bevel tip, these lancets minimize pain and tissue damage. Packs typically include 100 lancets (e.g. CareSens 30 G Lancets, 100‑count)
– 28‑gauge (28 G): Slightly thicker (0.315 mm diameter) but still designed for comfort, the CareSens 28 G lancets in 100‑count packs allow adjustable lancing depth for those requiring a deeper puncture.
Both types are gamma-sterilized, individually wrapped, twist-off cap lancets, ensuring hygiene and easy disposal. They’re suitable for diabetic blood glucose testing in humans, and some pet owners also use them for monitoring pets—just ensure compatibility with your specific lancing device.
